Amazingly enough, I've only noticed a couple of days ago that I haven't been posting about my crafts for a long while now, to say the least. Well, in fact, my very first entry was about block printing and I haven't been posting about crafts ever since. Meanwhile, the name of my blog suggests that I do it more often. So here I am, hastily catching up. With glass etching this time.
These are my works from a couple of years ago. I'm planning to get back to glass etching sometime by the end of the summer after I'm done with my pottery class.

If you're interested, all you need to get started is a tool somewhat like this, a breathing mask, safety goggles and a well ventilated area to do etching (I do it in my garage with the door open). Often, along with the etching tool, I also use ethching cream - it comes in handy when you need to etch a relatively large area, like the bottoms of the bowls on the last two pictures.
Tania, I have one word for you - AMAZING! So beautiful, so tasteful - takes my breath away.

Don't be! Simply acknowledge the fact you are a real artist, a crafts-girl :). 'cause you are.
